Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:
This policy is in effect from Jan 1, 2007 for any stock item and any common custom order item.
Unfortunately, unusual custom ordered items are exempt due to the difficulty I would have in reselling the item. I can not
offer this guarantee on the Regency series fountain pens since they are all custom ordered.
I guarantee you will be satisfied with the pen or turned item for a period of 30 days after shipment. If you are not satisfied
with the item, return mail it to me in the original pen case (if it was shipped in one). I will refund the payment minus the
shipping costs. I will also deduct the cost of the pen case if it is not returned in good shape.
I can not provide refunds for items that have been damaged due to use, misuse, or shipping damage. Returned turnings
must be in condition suitable for resale and will be sold as demonstrator / slightly used items.
If an item arrives to you damaged, contact me right away, I take out shipping insurance that would cover the cost resulting
from damage in the mail.
If you are not satisfied with an item I provided, please send me your concerns through the contact-me page.
If you want to know if an item would be covered by this guarantee, ask through either the contact-me, or the quote-request
forms.
This guarantee can not cover ink refills running empty. However I provide refills for sale and / or I can provide catalogue
information for other sources for pen refills. See the pen refill information on this web site.
