September's Feature – California Redwood Burl
This month's feature is some new wood I found from a Canadian wood supplier. This wood is actually a softwood
variety from the US Pacific Coast, Central California North to Oregon. These are the giant trees that can tower 300
feet or more in the air.
This beautiful Burl wood has deep brown and red swirls to the grain.
