Quote Request Sheet - use this form to get a detailed, no obligation quote for any
item(s). I can ship items together and reduce shipping costs. You can also use this form
for other shipping options including pick up orders (pick up is in Aurora (my home) or
Mississauga (my work) only.
List the item numbers you are interested in. I will respond with cost quote including
shipping. If everything is to your liking, reply to the e-mail and let me know it is OK and that
you want to proceed. I can accept credit and debit only through PayPal. I can send you an
e-mailed PayPal invoice that you can pay securely at PayPal.com. I will also accept
cheques and money orders, but I will not ship until the cheque or money-order clears.
Once I receive payment, I will package and ship your items within two business days. For
custom orders, I will give you an timing estimate too. I can complete most custom pens
orders in a week.

Pen Cases: I also have upgraded plastic/felt gift boxes available. For additional cost each. You can see them here, I normal ship twist pens and pencils with case A or a similar clear plastic case. Case B is the upgraded case. The wood case (C) is a special order item. These boxes will only work with twist pens and pencils, desk pens are too long. If you want one or more of these upgraded gift boxes, list that in the comments section.

You can get info on PayPal at their site: www.PayPal.com
PayPal does not charge fees to the buyer, they make their money from the seller. You
might be charged a fee for the transaction from your bank depending on what
payment method you choose and the arrangements you have with your bank.
When you make a payment I receive a notice of payment from PayPal, then I will
arrange shipment of your product, usually within two days. I do not see any of your
credit card or payment information, I just see when a payment is received.
I usually ship by Canada Post Parcel service, which is the only reasonable cost
service I have found so far. The shipping costs I charge are set to a break-even cost
level, meaning, I do not charge a handling fee and the cost I charge you is the cost I
pay to have the item shipped. I include shipping insurance when practical.
Tax Note: I am in Ontario,
Canada and am obliged to
collect Ontario sales tax on
orders. To keep it simple, I pay
the tax from my end. Think of it
as a tax included promotion. You
only pay the posted cost and a
shipping fee (if needed). I do pay
this tax to the government and
have the receipts to prove it (if
there are and tax auditors
reading this).
I have a small business and
have chosen under the tax rules
to not charge or recover the GST
tax. My accountant tells me this
is legal and recommended.
